Every artist on our team brings real training and years of hands-on experience. We use only single-use needles, premium inks, and hospital-grade sterilization. Your safety isn't a selling point — it's the baseline.

Every piece is different. We price based on size, detail, placement, and time required. Call us or email your idea and we'll give you an honest estimate before you commit to anything.

Appointments are recommended, especially for larger or custom pieces. Walk-ins are welcome when the artist is available, but we can't guarantee wait times. Call ahead to check.

It's completely normal to feel nervous. We've worked with hundreds of first-timers. We'll walk you through everything, take breaks when you need them, and make sure you're comfortable the entire time. Most people are surprised by how manageable it is.

We provide detailed aftercare instructions with every session. The basics: keep it covered for the first few hours, wash gently with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid soaking or direct sun while healing. We'll check in with you too.

Absolutely. Bring photos, sketches, Pinterest boards — anything. We'll adapt your references into a custom design that works for your body and your style. We might suggest changes for better flow and longevity, and that's always a conversation, not a decision.
